mAb specific to the ribotoxin Mitogillin, a major IgE-binding allergen from A. fumigatus also known as Asp f I. The ribotoxins are a family of ribosome-inactivating proteins, and are amongst the most potent and specific inhibitors of eukaryotic translation ever recorded. Asp f 1 is a major A. fumigatus antigen detectable in the urine of patients with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis.
