Details
mAb specific to Enolase (EC 4.2.1.11), a highly conserved fungal allergen causing IgE-mediated allergic reactions in humans. As an intracellular enzyme it is involved in glycolysis and gluconeogenesis. When expressed on the surface of medically-important fungi it binds to plasminogen promoting the host cell-fungus interaction, and mediates colonisation of mucosa.
